Psychological Contract Violation and Workplace Deviance: The Mediating Effect of Turnover Intention

This study analyzed the mediating effect of turnover intention (TI) on relationship between psychological contract violation (PCV) and workplace deviance (WPD), effects PCV TI, TI WPD. Explanatory research design was used employing stratified random sampling techniques to collect data from 443 employees Agriculture Food Authority Directorates in Kenya. Self-administered structured questionnaires anchored 7-point Likert scale were data. Reliability validity instrument tested using Cronbach Alpha Factor Analysis respectively.
